Lake Noquebay is 2410 acres of warm, clean water, with a gradually sloping bottom, and no drop-offs. Water visibility is over 15 feet with no restrictions for water skiing, jet skiing, or size limit for boats and motors.

Boat Launch - Lake Noquebay County Park is ¼ mile down the road with a public boat launch, sandy, beach, playground equipment, and a pavilion available for family reunions or any other get-together.

Excellent Fishing - Lake Noquebay is best known for its abundance of large size Bluegill and Crappie. It also has plenty of Bass, Walleye, Northern, Trout, Perch, and Musky. Click here to see some of the great catches made by Timberline guests.

Nearby, pontoon rental is available on the lake. Within a short drive you will find guided raft tours on the Peshtigo River, magnificent waterfalls, several golf courses, a fun-park with go-carts, bumper boats, mini golf, gift shops, and weekly water ski shows. For your dining pleasure, there are several fine restaurants and supper clubs.

Hunting - Timberline is located near public hunting grounds and wildlife area. Our area has both a rifle and an archery season. Local species include: Whitetail Deer, Grouse, Woodcock, Wild Turkey, Canadian Geese and several varieties of ducks and small game.

Winter provides excellent snowmobiling on groomed trails provided by the River Road Riders Snowmobile Club. Snowmobile rental is also available in the area. There's plenty of ice fishing on the lake. An annual Fish-o-Rama is held each February by the Lake Noquebay Sportsman Club. And if your into cross country skiing, there's trails nearby.

And just for fun, the campground includes a private sandy beach with no drop-offs, a playground area away from water and traffic, and a volleyball and basketball court. Not to mention the great fishing on the shores or on the docks.
